Stitch used for gauge: Double Crochet
Because of the oversized nature of this sweater, gauge is not critical. So you don’t have to worry too much about getting it perfect.

Santa Fe Boho Crop Top Crochet Pattern Instructions
With 11.50 mm (US size P) crochet hook
Create initial chain (see number of stitches under Sizing, above)
Row 1: Ch1, SC into the first ch from hook, *CH1, SK1 stitch, SC into the next st,* repeat from * to * across.
Row 2: Ch1, SC into the first SC, SC into the ch1 space from the row below, *CH1, SK1 stitch, SC into the next ch1 space,* repeat from * to * across, SC into the last st.
Row 3: CH3 (counts as beginning DC, CH1), SK2 sts, DC in next ch1 space from the row below, *CH1, SK1 stitch, DC in the next ch1 space,* repeat from * to * across.
Then, end the row with CH1, SK1 stitch, DC in the top of the beginning SC from the row
below.
Row 4: CH2, DC in the next ch1 space from the row below, *CH1, SK1 stitch, DC in the
next ch1 space,* repeat from * to * across to last ch1 space. Then, DC in the 2nd CH of
beginning ch3 from the row below.
Row 5: CH2, SK1 stitch *2DC into the next ch1 space from the row below, SK1 stitch,* repeat from * to * across to last two sts, DC in each of the last two sts.
Row 6: CH3 (counts as beginning DC, CH1), SK 2 sts, *DC in the next ST, CH1, SK1 st,* repeat from * to * across to last st, end with a DC in the top of the beginning ch2 from the row below.

TODDLER Size: Skip to row 17
ALL OTHER SIZES: Continue with Row 8

Assembly Instructions
With right sides together, stitch shoulder seams leaving a centered opening for neck.
Neck opening in inches:
Toddler (2-4): 8”
Child size (6-10): 9.5”
Youth/Adult S: 11”
Adult M: 12”
Adult L: 13”
Adult XL: 14”
Adult XXL: 15”
Adult XXXL: 16”
Stitch side seam halfway up from the bottom of the garment.
Fringing Instructions
Wrap yarn around a book several times. I used a 5.5” book so that the fringe would be made from pieces of string 11” long.
Add fringe to arm holes and down each side.
For a size medium, I used 25 pieces of string on each
arm hole and 15 pieces of string on each side seam. Adjust fringe to your liking.
Tuck ends you’re all done!
