Free Crochet Pattern: Precious Hearts Bunting

I’ve been having so much fun this week, hanging out in my newly cleaned studio, playing with colors and stitches, and filling the orders that I had assumed would slow down after the holidays, but haven’t. It’s been kind of a whirlwind week and I wasn’t sure I’d get a Friday post out for you, but I’ve got 27 minutes left to do and I’m bound and determined not to miss my first Friday post of the year!

I was actually working on a different pattern, The Loveland Fingerless Gloves, when I decided to make this lovely bunting. The pattern that I have in store for you has the cutest little heart appliques. When I was making the appliques, I had so much fun whipping them up that I just kept on making! Thus was born the Precious Hearts Bunting.

I had made so many hearts that I thought I’d just play with them like giant confetti and then I realized that they’d look so cute strung across the curtain rod in my studio…a perfect pick me up when I’m in here working all day. So, I created a string of hearts and they’re just perfect. So, I thought I’d share them with you! You can string them in the nursery, kitchen, diningroom…anywhere, really! When you do, I’d love if you’d tag @thecrochetpreneur in your WIP and finished product photos!

  1. Thanks Pam! I’m going to make a scrappy Christmas version for my Holiday decor and I see a lot of different scrappy heart garlands in my future. The pattern is fast and for some reason makes more sense in my head than some other heart patterns I’ve tried.
